How do I make a complaint?

If any dispute cannot be resolved between Winnersbet and the Member, the dispute must be referred to a representative of Racing Victoria via online or on phone. Racing Victoria are only able to offer a mediation process if both parties are happy to proceed. Racing Victoria are not able to make a final determination. Nothing in this Rule precludes a party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a Court if such relief is reasonably required.

What is your withdrawal cut off time?

The cut off for any withdrawals is 11am. You must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.To verify your account, please click 'My account' Tab and click verify. If you are able to withdrawal, it means you are already verified.

Can I cancel my bet?

Clients are unable to change or cancel a bet once the bet has been accepted.
