I just joined and haven't received my Daily Odds Boosts?

Daily Odds Boosts only refresh once a day so you will need to wait 24 hours to receive yours. Each boost is for one code and you receive 3 (1 for gallops, 1 for greyhounds and 1 for harness) Eligible clients only

How does the rewards program work?

For every eligible bet, you earn points which you can redeem for bonus bets. Eligible clients only

Is there a number that I can ring?

You may email us or contact us for live chat. At this stage, we do not have a phone service so we can provide great products and promotions. We do not offer phone or live betting.

Do you have any sign-up promotions?

We do not offer any sign-up bonuses due to legislation. Our current members can view our latest promotions by signing into the promotion page.

How do I make a complaint?

Please email [email protected] if you wish to make a complaint. If any dispute cannot be resolved between Winnersbet and the Member, the dispute must be referred to a representative of Racing Victoria via online or on phone. Racing Victoria are only able to offer a mediation process if both parties are happy to proceed. Racing Victoria are not able to make a final determination. Nothing in this Rule precludes a party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a Court if such relief is reasonably required.

What is your withdrawal cut off time?

The cut off for any withdrawals is 11am. You must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.

Can I cancel my bet?

Clients are unable to change or cancel a bet once the bet has been accepted.
